Does this sound familiar?

I want to feel more confident and in control of my emotions

I can’t get over something that happened in my past

I’m going through a big change, and I don’t know how to handle it

I worry all the time,
and it’s exhausting

I feel sad or down most days, and nothing seems fun anymore

I’m still grieving a loss, and it’s affecting everything

Your mind never stops — it’s a constant loop of planning, worrying, and managing everyone else’s needs.

I feel overwhelmed and can’t keep up with life

My relationships feel stressful or disconnected

You find yourself snapping over small things and then feeling terrible afterward.

Life doesn’t look or feel the way you thought it would.

You are holding it together. Barely.

You don't have to carry it all on your own.

Our work together

Therapy is a partnership — a space where your story is heard, your feelings are honored, and your goals guide the work we do together. How we approach therapy depends on you and the challenges you’re facing. We may use EMDR, talk therapy, or other trauma-informed techniques, always tailored to what will help you heal and grow. In addition to processing your experiences, we’ll incorporate psychoeducation — helping you understand how your mind and body respond to stress, trauma, and grief. This knowledge gives you insight into your reactions, reduces self-blame, and provides practical tools to manage emotions and navigate difficult moments. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. You’ll have support in building coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, and learning ways to feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident. Every step of the way, the work is centered around your unique needs, helping you reclaim control, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

Navigating adulting

Life can be beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, or full of unexpected challenges. You may find yourself feeling anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from who you are. You’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. In therapy, we’ll slow things down and create space for you to breathe, reflect, and heal. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing you down — whether it’s past trauma, anxiety or depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, or the stress of major life transitions. Our work will help you: Calm your mind and regulate intense emotions Rebuild confidence in yourself and your decisions Navigate relationships that feel complicated or strained Process grief, trauma, or difficult life experiences Reconnect with the person you want to be — grounded, resilient, and at peace Life doesn’t have to feel like it’s pulling you apart. Therapy can help you feel like yourself again — present, capable, and able to engage fully in the moments that matter most.

Healing after trauma

Even when life seems “normal” on the outside, trauma can leave lasting emotional effects. You may replay difficult experiences, feel anxious in familiar settings, or struggle to connect with those around you. You might tell yourself you should be handling it better — but inside, you feel scared, disconnected, or overwhelmed. In therapy, we’ll guide you through navigating the impact of trauma. Together, we’ll make sense of what happened, develop strategies to manage stress and triggers, and help you rebuild connection and confidence in your life. Trauma doesn’t have to define you — with support, you can move forward with more calm, clarity, and resilience.

Navigating relationships

Relationships can be some of life’s greatest joys — but they can also be complicated, stressful, or painful. You may feel disconnected from a partner, family member, or friend, struggle with communication, or find yourself repeating the same patterns. It can be confusing and exhausting, leaving you wondering how to make things better. In therapy, we’ll help you navigate these challenges. Together, we’ll explore what’s affecting your relationships, practice healthy communication and boundary-setting, and develop strategies to strengthen connection and understanding. Therapy can help you feel more confident, supported, and able to build relationships that feel fulfilling and balanced.

Healing after loss

Grief and loss can touch every part of your life, whether it comes from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or major life changes. You may feel sadness, anger, guilt, or even numbness, and it can be hard to know how to move forward. In therapy, we’ll help you navigate these difficult emotions. Together, we’ll create space to process your grief, honor what you’ve lost, and develop coping strategies that help you adjust and find meaning. Therapy can support you in finding moments of peace, connection, and hope, even in the midst of loss.

Healing through EMDR therapy

Grief and loss can touch every part of your life — whether it comes from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or major life changes. You may feel sadness, anger, guilt, or even numbness, and it can be hard to know how to move forward. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed therapy that helps your brain process difficult memories and emotions safely. In therapy, we’ll use EMDR to gently reframe painful experiences, reduce emotional intensity, and build coping strategies. This approach can help you navigate grief, honor what you’ve lost, and find moments of peace, connection, and renewed hope.

Healing through traditional talk therapy

Sometimes you just need a place to talk — a space where you don’t have to be “strong” or hold it all together. Traditional talk therapy gives you that space. It’s where you can share your story, explore your emotions, and begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying. In therapy, we’ll slow things down and gently uncover the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that have been shaping how you feel and respond. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the ongoing challenges of motherhood, our work together will focus on helping you find clarity, self-compassion, and balance again. Through conversation, reflection, and supportive guidance, you’ll begin to: Understand your emotions and what your mind and body are trying to tell you. Build coping tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Improve communication and boundaries in relationships. Strengthen self-trust and confidence in your decisions. Feel more grounded and connected to yourself and your life. Traditional therapy offers a safe, supportive relationship where healing can unfold naturally. You don’t have to have all the answers — we’ll find them together, one session at a time.

Healing through trauma-informed care

Trauma leaves its mark on both the mind and the body, and healing requires understanding, patience, and safety. Trauma-informed care is a way of approaching therapy that prioritizes your well-being, ensures you feel safe, and meets you exactly where you are. In trauma-informed therapy, we recognize how past experiences can continue to affect your thoughts, feelings, and daily life. Together, we create a supportive environment that honors your experiences and allows you to process them without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. Through trauma-informed care, we will: Move at your pace so you always feel safe and in control. Honor your experiences and validate the emotions that come with them. Understand your body’s responses to stress and trauma, providing insight and clarity. Build coping tools to manage anxiety, flashbacks, or difficult memories. Support long-term healing by integrating your experiences into your life in a way that restores balance, confidence, and connection. This approach doesn’t just focus on what happened — it focuses on you, your resilience, and the tools you need to feel grounded, supported, and empowered in your daily life.
