I’m Tori, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University, where I also minored in Neuroscience and earned my Applied Behavioral Health Certificate, I developed a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and brain function related to mental health. I further honed my skills by earning a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Direct Practice in Mental Health and Substance Misuse.

My diverse experience spans various settings, including a crisis hotline, in-person therapy clinic, school districts, acute care hospital, and hospice care. This background has equipped me with a comprehensive perspective on the unique challenges faced by individuals and families. I meet people where they are and walk with them through their unique journeys.

I employ evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to empower you in navigating your challenges and achieving your goals. I seek to provide you the skills and tools you need to grow in this time.

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences. Together, we will work towards understanding and growth, utilizing techniques that resonate with you.

I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey toward healing and wellness.

Online counseling is not appropriate for all kinds of problems. If you are in crisis or have suicidal thoughts, it’s important that you seek help immediately.

Please call 1-800-273-8255 (National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) or 911 and ask for help. If your issue is an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
